Brighten Eyes and Moisturize Dryness: Golden Chrysanthemum and Wolfberry Health Tea for Seasonal Care

In today's fast-paced modern world, a warm and nourishing cup of tea not only nourishes the body but also soothes the soul. The perfect combination of golden chrysanthemum and wolfberry creates this tea that combines visual beauty with health benefits, adding a touch of color to your healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients (Serves 1-2)

2-3 premium golden chrysanthemums (select high-quality chrysanthemums with intact, golden petals)

15-20 Ningxia red wolfberries (plump, bright red berries are preferred)

500 ml purified water

Optional ingredients: a little honey/2 red dates

Professional Brewing Guide

1. Tea Utensil Preparation

It is recommended to use a clear glass teapot or cup to enjoy the beauty of the blooming chrysanthemums and observe the changing color of the tea. Preheat the teaware with hot water to clean it and enhance the brewing effect.

2. Water Temperature Control

Boil the water to 85-90°C (let it cool for 2 minutes after boiling). This temperature allows the active ingredients to fully release without destroying the fragrance of the chrysanthemum and the nutrients of the goji berries. A temperature too high will result in a bitter tea, while a temperature too low will prevent full extraction.

3. The Art of Brewing

First, place the golden chrysanthemum in the pot and fill it one-third full with hot water to allow the flowers to initially expand. After 30 seconds, add the goji berries and top up the pot with hot water. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, watching the chrysanthemums gracefully unfold in the water.

The most striking feature of this tea is the chrysanthemum blossoms blooming within the golden tea, resembling a living work of art. Upon first sip, the delicate fragrance of the chrysanthemum permeates the palate, followed by the sweetness of the goji berries, leaving a lingering aftertaste. The tea is clear and translucent, with a mild, non-irritating taste, making it a truly enjoyable drink even without added sweeteners.
